Warranty and Parts

Service and Parts

Who can help you with service and parts?

In both cases, please feel free to contact your local dealer or retailer. They are your service partner and will be best able to meet your requirements.

The Limited Variant Warranty

The Limited Variant Trailer Warranty Includes;

Three-year limited trailer warranty issued to the original retail customer.

The manufacturer may authorize repair of structural or material defects if they are defects that have occurred during normal and proper use and care of the trailer.

The Limited Variant Warranty Does NOT Cover

Expenses for ongoing service and maintenance, or expenses that can be attributed to normal wear and tear or expenses because of the trailer not being used for a long period of time.

Repairs and expenses that occur in connection with improper use of trailers are not covered.

Repairs and expenses that occur in connection with the use of non-original spare parts or inadequate maintenance.

Costs for renting a replacement trailer are not covered by the manufacturer.

Newly galvanized parts will initially be very smooth and silvery in nature. After a short time, the parts may become dull and get a rougher surface. This is completely normal and is due to the galvanized parts being "oxidized". This also applies to cut edges. Cut edges can rust when the trailer is new, but the rust disappears over time. The process ensures

that the galvanization will be able to provide optimal protection against corrosion.

This "cosmetic" change will therefore not be recognized as a justified complaint. Also be aware that galvanized parts do not tolerate acid and certain chemicals. Therefore, always rinse thoroughly with clean water after driving on salted roads and after transporting e.g. manure or other acidic goods.

Be aware that the box bottom plates can warp under different conditions. A lot of moisture can cause the plate to bulge.

It usually corrects itself when the plate dries up.

If necessary, install a flat tarpaulin on the trailer when it is completely dry. It will increase the life of the trailer.

Customers MUST register their trailers within 14 days of purchase and the below form can be used for this registration.

Note the dealer can also register the trailer for the customer.

ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY A LICENSED DEALER OR SERVICE FACILITY. VARIANT TRAILERS DO NOT PROCESS WARRANTY CLAIMS FOR RETAIL CUSTOMERS.
